• Feeding grain two times per day, up to 12 pounds included
• Alfalfa/grass hay grown on property
• Clean 12x10 stalls with rubber mats
• Stall cleaning minimum one time per day, 7 days a week
• Turnout on mowed/seeded pastures as weather permits
• 60x140 indoor arena with shredded rubber and sand footing
• 125x200 sand outdoor arena
• Owner lives on-site
